Public and Private Sector Consultancy
Provision of professional consultancy services to public institutions, the private sector and individuals in line with the center’s objectives.
Protocols and Partnerships
Determination of cooperation principles and preparation of protocols with national and international institutions outside the university.

Resource Management
Effective management of financial resources comprising the university budget, project revenues, consultancy fees and donations.

Submission of required academic, technical and administrative personnel to the Rector’s approval to form competent teams for the center.
